1. OVERVIEW
Sama Global Company (Sama Al-Alamia Company for telecommunication network, General Maintenance ,
Engineering tests and Design & Engineering Consultation Services, Ltd.) maintains a rigorous Quality
Management Program in order to ensure that its clients are provided with the highest quality of work
product. Its primary objectives are to:
♦ Satisfy general client as described in Section 4 Contractor Quality Control Requirements.
♦ Ensure that all specific quality-related provisions of Sama Global contracts are in
compliance.
♦ Ensure that all work products meet client requirements, recognizing that customer satisfaction is
essential to Sama Global vitality and continued growth.
♦ Contribute to the management of business risk of Sama Global operations.
The Sama Global Quality Management Plan (QMP) is designed to be fully compliant with Client Quality
requirements. The Sama Global QMP is based on the principles and the process approach set forth by the
ISO 9000:2000 series of International Standards for Quality Management, as well as the applicable
requirements defined in ISO 9001:2015.
The purpose of this QMP is to describe, for the benefit of Sama Global clients and internal staff, the
processes and organization for accomplishing the company’s quality management objectives. The
centerpieces of Sama Global Quality Management Program are the Quality Management Organization
(QMO) and the Contractor QC Plan (CQCP) that is customized for each project based on a Sama Global
standard template. The routine QC audit is another important component of the Quality Management
Program.

2. QUALITY MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION
SiG CEO is responsible for, and committed to, attaining the highest quality standards in construction services
for our clients. The QMO reports directly to the Corporate Quality Director. Responsibility for quality
management is shared by the QMO and by operational managers (Program, Health and Safety, Technical,
etc.), however the primary responsibility for onsite project execution (including overall management
responsibility for quality) lies with the Project Manager (PM).
The Program Level QC Manager (PLQCM) is the most senior manager in the QMO. Day-to-day responsibility
for quality management activities at individual project sites lie with the QC Inspector (QCI). The specific
responsibilities of the PLQCM and QCI are outlined below.
The Sama Global organization, showing the reporting lines for the quality management part of the
organization, is shown in summary form in Figure 1. The PLQCM reports directly to the Corporate Quality
Director.
